The documentary – testimonial literary genre is used and is aimed at all types of audiences, from children to the elderly, as well as any educational level. Through the life stories of four migrants from Venezuela participating in the research project, the testimonial documentary allows us to illustrate the complexity of migration, making visible the multiple facets of daily life in Colombia and, in turn, reflections and proposals emerge that can fully guarantee their human rights as a migrant population. In this order of ideas, based on the historical and social context in which Colombia finds itself, where the generation of peace-building spaces is sought from different sectors, the Faculty of Law, from the Specialized Service Units, designed and implemented the Comprehensive Victim Care Route (RAIV) in the month of September 2022, in order to generate a space for comprehensive socio-legal care and approach to victims of the armed conflict who went to the Institute of Victimology or the Legal Clinic , either directly or through its strategic allies.
