    Evaluate the feasibility and relevance for the creation and implementation of a Master in Bilingual Learning Environments in virtual mode, which from the Faculty of Education of the Office of the Dean of the Open and Distance University Division (DUAD), and with the imprint of the institutional philosophy of the USTA, highlight the needs for training at the level of master's degree in bilingual education, based on current trends in disciplinary referents, the implementation of bilingualism policies and current educational requirements for the national and international academic offer around this field of training.

    The purpose of this document is to define the guidelines regarding the formative research for the purpose of the timely graduation of educators in training of undergraduate. To fulfill this purpose, the route to be taken into account will be presented to the time to build the degree option, first, knowing the processes, then the degree, later the lines and research groups of the Faculty, and finally, a approach to some methodological inputs that may be developed as a route for the realization of the chosen degree option.

    MABA has as object of study Bilingualism, in consideration of the human, social and cultural background of learning environments and their students, located in the classroom, the social context and the virtual environment where practices are carried out educational. This addressing implies considering the object of study from a global perspective for the 21st century, which implies a meaningful and equitable way of direct educational actions that should promote tolerance towards heterogeneity cultural of human groups and linguistic diversity.
