Resumen

Con el apoyo del Fondo de Investigación de la Universidad Santo Tomás se ha potenciado el desarrollo de trabajos para impactar a la sociedad en general y al currículo universitario en particular; tal es el caso del presente libro, donde se presentan los resultados de la investigación que buscó comprender los horizontes de sentido desde los cuales los estudiantes universitarios toman sus decisiones frente a dilemas morales y posicionamientos éticos, con el fin de establecer referentes que permitan construir lineamientos para su formación ética y profesional. Lo anterior, en virtud de la urgente necesidad de identificar, desde las mismas preocupaciones éticas de jóvenes universitarios, los horizontes de sentido que se ponen en juego al momento de decidir frente a los dilemas que se les presentan en la vida cotidiana.

Abstract

With the support of the Research Fund of the Universidad Santo Tomás, the development of works to impact society in general and the university curriculum in particular has been promoted; such is the case of the present book, where the results of the research are presented, which sought to understand the horizons of meaning from which university students make their decisions in the face of moral dilemmas and ethical positions, with the aim of establishing references that allow the construction of guidelines for their ethical and professional training. This was done in virtue of the urgent need to identify, from the very ethical concerns of young university students, the horizons of meaning that are put into play when deciding on the dilemmas that they face in their daily lives.
