Abstract
La propuesta de este documento, es plasmar un proyecto que surge de la carencia de ofertas que hay de viviendas para estudiantes en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, en especial para el sector de la Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), que será el sitio de estudio para este proyecto, que por ser unas de las universidades públicas más importantes del país, se refleja en su numerosa demanda migratoria de estudiantes de diferentes regiones del país (Región Andina, Orinoquía y Caribe). Para esto, se propone realizar una vivienda que no solo supla necesidades básicas del ser humano, si no que a su vez se tengan en cuenta las necesidades que desarrolla un estudiante, ya que, un estudiante requiere de zonas cómodas para estudio, bien sea en espacios al aire libre o en ambientes libre de ruidos; con el objetivo de que permita al estudiante, realizar sus diferentes actividades tanto académicas como de esparcimiento social.
Abstract
The proposal of this document is to capture a project that arises from the lack of offers of housing for students in the city of Bucaramanga, especially for the sector of the Industrial University of Santander (UIS), which will be the study site for this project, which being one of the most important public universities in the country, it is reflected in its numerous migratory demands for students from different regions of the country (Andean Region, Orinoquía and Caribbean).
For this, it is proposed to make a home that not only supplies basic needs of the human being, but also takes into account the needs developed by a student, since a student requires comfortable areas for study, either in outdoor spaces or in noise-free environments; with the aim of allowing the student to carry out their different activities, both academic and social leisure.
