dc.description	El aumento o disminución de la tasa metabólica en infantes puede inferir en su somatotipo, potencializando alteraciones que afectan y retrasan su desarrollo, que a futuro induce a problemas metabólicos; dentro de las consecuencias más destacadas encontramos el deterioro neurológico producto de manifestaciones en los diferentes sistemas del cuerpo y la carga en las personas que la padecen , dado que, la correlación que existe entre variables como el peso, el género, la talla y la edad codifican las proteínas y sustratos energéticos para el metabolismo que se presenta como gasto energético. La falta de evidencia científica no logra soportar la relación entre tasa metabólica, deporte y metabolismo, creando vacíos de información entre el impacto del comportamiento de la tasa metabólica basal en infantes.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The increase or decrease of the metabolic rate in infants can have an impact on their somatotype, potentiating alterations that affect and delay their development, which in the future induces metabolic problems; among the most important consequences we find neurological deterioration as a result of manifestations in the different body systems and the load on the people who suffer from it, given that the correlation that exists between variables such as weight, gender, height and age encode proteins and energy substrates for the metabolism that is presented as energy expenditure. The lack of scientific evidence fails to support the relationship between metabolic rate, sport and metabolism, creating information gaps between the impact of the behavior of the basal metabolic rate in infants and children.	spa
