Resumen
En el TPI se recopilan una serie de datos para entender este edificio desde su cimentación, análisis estructural y arquitectónico. Con la información recolectada se analizó el estado estructural realizado un chequeo general de la estructura cotejándola con la NSR 10 y de igual forma se analiza el estado arquitectónico en pro de la funcionalidad y estética. Para posteriormente entender la naturaleza y uso que tendrá la construcción. Finalmente tomar como fuente de estudio la patología de manchas de vanadio en la fachada principal.
Este estudio patológico es dirigido a la problemática del vanadio en la mampostería, analiza la fuente del problema como es la materia prima desde la producción del ladrillo, el transporte, el almacenamiento y una vez en obra analiza la aparición de la patología como son las manchas en la fachada principal, también expone el proceso para su eliminación y el tratamiento final.

Abstract
In the TPI a series of data is collected to understand this building from its foundation, structural and architectural analysis. With the information collected, the structural state was analyzed and a general check of the structure was carried out, comparing it with the NSR 10 and the architectural status was analyzed in favor of functionality and aesthetics. To later understand the nature and use that the construction will have. Finally take as a source of study the pathology of vanadium spots on the main facade.
This pathological study is aimed at the problem of vanadium in the masonry, analyzes the source of the problem as it is the raw material from the production of brick, transport, storage and once on site analyzes the appearance of the pathology such as stains in the main facade, it also exposes the process for its elimination and the final treatment.
