This report analyzes the learning outcomes obtained through participation in the II Cumbre de Visionarios Bucaramanga 2026 and their connection with the competencies expected of graduates from the Master’s programme in Sports Training & Physical Activity. Based on conferences related to technology and artificial intelligence, leadership, social transformation, innovation, and entrepreneurship, opportunities were identified to broaden the professional perspective of sports training toward an integrated approach involving science, technology, management, and health. The critical analysis focused mainly on the application of technological tools for monitoring and individualizing training, as well as on the importance of leadership and communication in relationships with athletes and interdisciplinary teams, contrasting these insights with scientific literature. The graduate-profile competency most strengthened was the ability to analyze needs and trends, adapt to changing contexts, and formulate innovative solutions based on scientific knowledge. As a knowledge transfer and entrepreneurship proposal, the report presents the enhancement of a digital application designed to promote active breaks and physical activity in workplace settings by integrating exercise prescription, adherence monitoring, and technological tools, together with a phased implementation plan, ethical considerations, and an indicator system. Conclusions are organized according to the stated objectives and are followed by concrete recommendations. This experience demonstrated that future graduates must integrate scientific knowledge with innovation, leadership, and adaptability to respond effectively to emerging needs in sports, physical activity, and well-being.
