Abstract

Arboletes chosen as a place of intervention belonging to the Urabá region and where thousands of people migrated and migrated in search of an opportunity when they have lost everything. It is there where we find the greatest development potential of this municipality as its victims make up the municipality as such, and generate, in addition to economic and work benefits, social needs that must be taken care of, as decent housing.

Understanding these logics of the conflict, geographically we could observe phenomena of social reconstruction, from different spectra, the first would be the creation of decent housing solutions, low cost, and development of services and support systems of the territory that makes Arboletes a place suitable for habitability, and that allows the interaction of these individuals, for that, not only is a merely propositional exercise necessary from the housing, but we need to analyze, study and propose macro solutions, which integrate public space systems among others, to that housing does not reach the territory alone but that it relies on several systems that allow the best habitat solutions.
