Abstract

This report provides a description of the business practice developed in the area of network management systems that is responsible for managing and monitoring the teams of the corporate and residential segments for the telephone services, and the Internet of the company of Claro throughout the Colombian territory, this through a series of platforms, which makes it necessary to propose an introduction, the objectives with each of the activities carried out together with the reference framework, the company’s profile, the contributions and recommendations that facilitated the development of the practice, certain lessons learned and finally the conclusions, bibliographic references and annexes.
