Este trabajo de grado tuvo como objetivo diseñar e implementar un dashboard interactivo basado en inteligencia artificial para el área de Corporate Lending del banco BBVA Colombia,con el fin de mejorar la capacidad analítica y la toma de decisiones mediante el análisis en tiempo real de datos macroeconómicos y financieros. Para ello, se empleó una metodología basada en el desarrollo de prototipos tecnológicos utilizando Google Sheets, Google Apps Script y la integración de fuentes confiables como Google Finance, Bloomberg e Investing.com. permitiendo la automatización de datos y facilitando el análisis predictivo. Los resultados mostraron que la herramienta automatizó procesos, mejoró la precisión del análisis macroeconómico y permitió anticipar riesgos e identificar oportunidades de inversión con mayor rapidez y eficacia. Además,la implementación del módulo de inteligencia artificial permitió generar recomendaciones basadas en el comportamiento del mercado, integrando datos financieros y noticias relevantes para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Se concluye que el dashboard interactivo optimiza los procesos financieros internos del banco y contribuye a la innovación tecnológica en el sector financiero,ofreciendo una ventaja competitiva para el área de Corporate Lending & Investment Banking.
Abstract
The objective of this thesis was to design and implement an interactive dashboard based on artificial intelligence for the Corporate Lending area of BBVA Colombia bank, with the aim of improving analytical capacity and decision-making through real-time analysis of macroeconomic and financial data. To this end, a methodology based on the development of technological prototypes was used, employing Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and the integration of reliable sources such as Google Finance, Bloomberg, and Investing.com, allowing for data automation and facilitating predictive analysis. The results showed that the tool automated processes, improved the accuracy of macroeconomic analysis, and made it possible to anticipate risks and identify investment opportunities more quickly and effectively. In addition, the implementation of the artificial intelligence module made it possible to generate recommendations based on market behavior, integrating financial data and relevant news to support strategic decision-making. It is concluded that the interactive dashboard optimizes the bank's internal financial processes and contributes to technological innovation in the financial sector, offering a competitive advantage for the Corporate Lending & Investment Banking area.
