Un viaje entre patrimonio cultural peruano y la evolucion de la inteligencia artificial como desafios juridicos

Abstract

This article stems from the systematization of the academic experience developed within the framework of the Ibero-American Congress on Law and Informatics FIADI 2025, held in Peru, a country renowned for its invaluable cultural and historical richness. This experience not only represented an opportunity for professional growth, through participation in discussions on the challenges facing Law in the digital age, but also a process of personal transformation as we explored emblematic sites such as Machu Picchu, Cusco, the Plaza de Armas in Cusco, and the Huacachina oasis, which evoke the ancestral legacy and cultural diversity of the Peruvian people.

Beyond the technical learning, the experience allowed us to understand that contemporary Law demands a comprehensive perspective that integrates legal knowledge, technological innovation, and cultural sensitivity. Thus, this trip became a bridge between academia and life, between tradition and modernity, reaffirming the need for a Latin American Law committed to progress without forgetting its roots.
