Resumen
El presente informe describe las actividades realizadas durante la pasantía empresarial en la Contraloría Municipal de Villavicencio, en el marco del programa de Ingeniería Civil. Este proceso se desarrolló entre el 24 de junio y el 24 de diciembre de 2024, en el área de Control Fiscal y Participación Ciudadana, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de las competencias profesionales como pasante. Las actividades incluyeron la revisión de expedientes contractuales, el acompañamiento en visitas técnicas, análisis documental en plataformas como SIA Observa, y la elaboración de informes técnicos relacionados con auditorías y actuaciones especiales de fiscalización, cuyo resultado es la identificación de posibles hallazgos. Asimismo, se destacan aportes significativos, como la creación de bases de datos y el modelado 3D de las instalaciones de la Contraloría, lo que permitió el fortalecimiento de competencias en redacción técnica, análisis documental y normatividad fiscal, y contribuyó al control eficiente de los recursos públicos, alineándose con los objetivos institucionales de la Contraloría Municipal de Villavicencio.
Abstract
This report outlines the activities carried out during the internship at the Municipal Comptroller's Office of Villavicencio, as part of the Civil Engineering program. The internship took place from June 24 to December 24, 2024, within the areas of Fiscal Control and Citizen Participation, contributing to the enhancement of professional skills. Key activities included the review of contractual files, support in technical site visits, document analysis on platforms like SIA Observa, and the preparation of technical reports related to audits and special oversight actions, which led to the identification of potential findings. Noteworthy contributions include the creation of databases and the 3D modeling of the Comptroller's facilities, which strengthened competencies in technical writing, document analysis, and fiscal regulations. These efforts also supported the efficient control of public resources, aligning with the institutional goals of the Municipal Comptroller's Office of Villavicencio.
