Este proyecto de investigación nació de una necesidad que se vio, en los estudiantes de la formación complementaria de la escuela normal superior del departamento del Vaupés. Cuyo objetivo general consistió en analizar de qué manera lo podemos relacionar y mejorar en sus prácticas pedagógicas en el aula e implementar el diseño de una propuesta de curricular, intercultural. Para ello fue necesario identificar las concepciones sobre el currículo y practica pedagógica
del aula que comprende a los maestros practicantes y se identifica factores que impactan sobre la calidad educativa de sus estudiantes desde lo intercultural. Se pretende implementar el currículo desde sus prácticas pedagógicas, y la forma como se puede impregnar en el aula.
Abstract
his research project was born out of a need identified among students in the complementary training program at the Escuela Normal Superior of the Vaupés Department. The general objective was to analyze how pedagogical practices in the classroom can be improved and connected through the design and implementation of an intercultural curriculum proposal. To achieve this, it was necessary to identify the participants' conceptions of curriculum and classroom pedagogical practice, focusing on the student teachers. The study also sought to identify factors that impact the educational quality of their students from an intercultural perspective. The goal is to implement the curriculum through their pedagogical practices and explore how it can be meaningfully integrated into the classroom environment.
