Resumen
En el contexto educativo colombiano la gestión de la calidad educativa se centra en el diligenciamiento de formatos para el seguimiento de los procesos de gestión, descatando las evidencias que permiten observar el cumplimiento de objetivos de eficiencia, eficacia y productividad, dejando por fuera de esta medición lo que se relaciona con lo humano y su formación, es de aclarar que estos objetivos se instala en la concepción de calidad técnica e instrumental, que en nada contribuye al desarrollo humano y que por las exigencias sin sentido humano deterioran la calidad de vida de las comunidades educativas.
Esta afirmación se sustenta en el estado del arte realizado en la presente investigación, que precisa antecedentes relacionados con la historia del concepto de calidad y el traslado de este concepto al campo educativo, al tiempo se estudia la concepción de calidad educativa que subyace en la normativa vigente sobre la calidad de la educación y para finalizar se presenta la mirada humana de la calidad educativa, desde la perspectiva teórico práctica de los investigadores.
Este informe como un avance de la investigación vislumbra la posibilidad de conceptualizar la calidad educativa con un sentido humano, para lograr una verdadera transformación de la educación de acuerdo a las necesidades de nuestro contexto.
Abstract
In the Colombian context management education quality education focuses on filling out forms for tracking management processes, descatando evidence for observing the fulfillment of objectives of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity, leaving out of this measurement which it is related to the human and his training is clear that these objectives is installed in the design of technical and instrumental quality, which does not contribute to human development and demands that no human sense impair the quality of life educational communities.
This statement is based on the state of the art made in this investigation, which requires records relating to the history of the concept of quality and the transfer of this concept to the educational field, while the conception of educational quality that underlies the legislation is studied effect on the quality of education and to end the human eye of educational quality comes from the practical perspective of theoretical researchers.
This report as a breakthrough research sees the possibility of conceptualizing the quality of education with a human sense, to achieve true transformation of education according to the needs of our context.
