Resumen

Mediante la opción de grado "PASANTIA" en acompañamiento y seguimiento en los proyectos ejecutados por la empresa "ARCADIA ECOINVERSIONES S.A.S". Uno de los objetivos principales fue continuar con el desarrollo del conjunto campestre "TIMANA VERDE II", en la salida vía Sogamoso-Firavitoba, en diagonal al Batallón de Artillería Tarqui. Durante el curso de la pasantía, se realizaron actividades como lo son plan de necesidades de obra de acuerdo con las actividades a ejecutar, estas se elaboraban en los comités de obra, en las cuales se realizó supervisión en cada una de las actividades dando cumplimiento a las normativas tales como NSR10, cuales se desarrolló un Project donde se tenían en cuenta los tiempos de obra de acuerdo con las actividades pactadas en los comités de obra a ejecutar en la semana siguiente. Con el fin de dar cumplimiento a los cronogramas de obra teniendo en cuenta los rendimientos en cada actividad a ejecutar, como el personal de obra en la ejecución de cada preliminar, esto con el fin de dar cumplimiento al control presupuestal destinado para “TIMANA VERDE ll”, con base a los planos del conjunto en general, como lo son sus zonas verdes y urbanas, influye factores que son determinados por el cliente, en caso de los planos arquitectónicos donde van ubicados lo espacios como el lugar de las habitaciones y demás espacios el cliente tiene la decisión si dejar el diseño original o cambiar ciertos espacios, con esta información se digitalizaba los planos estructurales como arquitectónicos con el fin de ejecutarlos en obra de la mejor manera. Para garantizar la supervisión en los procesos constructivos se elaboraron listas de chequeo de cada preliminar, la elaboración de los planos hidráulicos en los que se realizaron pruebas hidráulicas, para buscar fugas o perdidas de presión. En cuanto al desarrollo de las listas de chequeo y verificación de cantidades según la actividad, se realizó un inventario de los materiales que ingresan a la obra, asegurando su correcto despacho y registro según las actividades realizadas en la obra. Abstract

Through the option of "PASANTIA" degree in accompaniment and follow-up in the projects executed by the company "ARCADIA ECOINVERSIONES S.A.S". One of the main objectives was to continue with the development of the "TIMANA VERDE II" rural complex, at the exit via Sogamoso-Firavitoba, diagonally to the Tarqui Artillery Battalion. During the course of the internship, activities were carried out as they are work needs plan according to the activities to be executed, these were elaborated in the construction committees, where each activity was monitored in compliance with regulations such as NSR10, which developed a Project where the work times were taken into account according to the activities agreed in the construction committees to be executed in the following week. In order to comply with the work schedules taking into account the returns in each activity to be executed, as the construction staff in the execution of each preliminary, this in order to comply with the budgetary control intended for "TIMANA VERDE ll", based on the overall plans, such as their green and urban areas, factors that are determined by the customer influence, in case of the architectural plans where the spaces are located such as the place of the rooms and other spaces the client has the decision whether to leave the original design or change certain spaces, with this information the structural plans were digitized as architectural in order to execute them in the best way. To ensure the supervision in the construction processes were developed checklists of each preliminary, the elaboration of the hydraulic plans in which hydraulic tests were performed, to look for leaks or losses of pressure. As for the development of checklists and verification of quantities according to the activity, an inventory was made of the materials that enter the work, ensuring their correct dispatch and registration according to the activities carried out on the work.
