La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer la relación entre las habilidades blandas y el clima organizacional de los trabajadores del área táctica y operativa de la Clínica Angiografías del Llano, para el desarrollo de esta investigación cuantitativa, se empleó el diseño no experimental de tipo transversal y alcance correlacional. La muestra poblacional de esta investigación fue de 111 trabajadores de la Clínica Angiografías del Llano, de los cuales, 52 de ellos pertenecían al área táctica y 59 al área operativa de dicha empresa. Con el fin de medir las variables establecidas en esta investigación, se utilizó el instrumento Clima en Organizaciones Colombianas (IMCOC) y el Cuestionario de Habilidades Blandas. Ahora bien, se utilizó el coeficiente de correlación Spearman con el fin de analizar los resultados y encontrar la relación entre las variables y sus subescalas. Los resultados del estadístico correlacional para datos no paramétricos arrojaron un Sig. ,640 y un coeficiente de relación inexistente (,45), lo que quiere decir que no hay relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables habilidades blandas y clima organizacional de los trabajadores del área táctica y operativa de la Clínica Cardiovascular Angiografías del Llano. Por lo que se concluye que para la muestra en cuestión se pueden presentar las variables de manera independiente. De modo que, con el propósito de aportar al problema de conocimiento se sugieren desarrollar investigaciones que tomen las mismas variables con una muestra más variada y amplia.

Abstract
The present research aimed to establish the relationship between soft skills and organizational climate of workers in the tactical and operational area of the Clinica Angiografias de llano, for the development of this quantitative research, the non-experimental design of cross-sectional type and correlational scope was used. The population sample of this research was 111 workers of the Angiographies Clinic of Llano, of which 52 of them belonged to the tactical area and 59 to the operational area of this company. In order to measure the variables established in this research, the Climate in Colombian Organizations (IMCOC) instrument and the Soft Skills Questionnaire were used. However, the Spearman correlation coefficient was used in order to analyze the results and find the relationship between the variables and their subscales. The results of the correlational statistic for non-parametric data yielded a GIS. ,640 and a non-existent relationship coefficient (,45), which means that there is no statistically significant relationship between the variables soft skills and organizational climate of workers in the tactical and operational area of the Clinica cardiovascular Angiografia del llano. Therefore, it is concluded that for the sample in question the variables can be presented independently. So, in order to contribute to the problem of knowledge, it is suggested to develop research that takes the same variables with a more varied and broad sample.
