dc.descriptionEl primer debate teórico en las relaciones Internacionales fue el realismo y el liberalismo. Este debate resultó de la oposición con la escuela realista que defendió el interés nacional y los liberales que rechazaron la política internacional de la inevitabilidad guerra. los enfoques sistemáticos de las relaciones internacionales relacionaron distintos rasgos para explicar eventos históricos. A lo largo de la historia de las relaciones internacionales han ocurrido eventualidades trascendentales en la reconstitución del poder político y territorial; por ente la investigación pretende analizar la segunda guerra mundial como suceso relevante de las relaciones internacionales desde dos teorías: liberalismo y realismo, siguiendo una metodología de la investigación tipo cualitativa, ya que estudia, describe y explica un suceso histórico considerando este fenómeno y sus componentes, mediante la medición de conceptos y definición de variables. La investigación es basada en fuentes secundarias como; documentos, artículos, revistas, libros, publicaciones, etc...spa

This debate resulted from opposition to the realistic school that defended the national interest and the liberals who rejected the international policy of war inevitability. systematic approaches to international relations related different features to explain historical events. Throughout the history of international relations, transcendental eventualities have occurred in the reconstitution of political and territorial power; The research therefore intends to analyze the Second World War as a relevant event in international relations from two theories: liberalism and realism, following a qualitative research methodology, since it studies, describes and explains a historical event considering this phenomenon and its components, by measuring concepts and defining variables.
