Informe final de práctica empresarial en Alpes Solutions S.A.S

Abstract

This project focuses on the creation of an internationalization action plan for Alpes Solutions S.A.S., a Colombian company in the technology sector, currently in the process of expanding into the Florida market, United States. The document seeks to support Alpes Solutions in understanding the step-by-step process to take its services to the new environment, responding to the specific demands of this international market and aligning with its regulatory and commercial standards. During the internship, the key stages of the internationalization process were identified and analyzed, including market research, competitive assessment and analysis of the economic environment in the target market, as well as the identification of possible challenges in cultural, regulatory and logistical aspects. Based on this study, entry strategies were proposed that seek to consolidate Alpes Solutions in the software development technology sector for the Florida, United States market. The project integrates academic theory with practice in a real work environment, allowing the student to actively participate in the execution and follow-up of this action plan. As a result, an action plan was developed with a two-year projection that will serve as a guide for Alpes Solutions to continue its expansion in the United States, maximizing its resources and optimizing its internationalization processes to ensure sustainable growth in the target market.
