Abstract

San Rafael - Antioquia is a municipality hit hard by violence with respect to the conflict lived by the country for more than 50 years, which led to the municipality's resources focusing on public order and not infrastructure. However, in the Currently, there is an air of opportunity and a new beginning for the municipality, which has carried out a development plan that is currently being implemented, where a lack of housing can be evidenced. quantitative and qualitative deficit where adequate housing units are needed; and existing homes have housing inadequacies. Once known the housing problem, the municipality proposes a strategy where houses of interest will be built priority in the government free housing plan (VIVA) and has a lot that borders the river Guatapè, in the stadium sector, for urban planning, with an area of ​​1,000 m2. Consequently, with the foregoing, the proposal of housing was raised as a fundamental right in a living space, for this it was necessary to think of a functional design capable of solving the demands of habitability and budget; where it was essential to meet the needs of the inhabitants and the municipality, always taking into account the municipal and national regulations. with respect to housing of priority interest.
