La pasantía en ingeniería civil es desarrollada en el Instituto de Transito de Boyacá (ITBOY) sede Tunja, con el objetivo de utilizar el conocimiento técnico en la señalización vial, supervisar las obras públicas y analizar documentos. El objetivo principal es ayudar a las tareas técnicas y gerenciales de los proyectos de construcción de infraestructura vial, donde se examina datos esenciales, para esto, se utilizaron softwares específicos como AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Excel y Revit, entre otros. Entre las actividades que se llevan acabo se encuentran la elaboración de un inventario de señalización técnica en 32 puntos de diferentes municipios, la validación de planos y fotografías georreferenciados, y la generación de matrices de datos para la liquidación contractual. También se contribuye en la creación de áreas mapeadas geográficamente para el tramo Sáchica - Villa de Leyva, la evaluación de cantidades de trabajo en 32 puntos y la organización del presupuesto técnico utilizando el listado de Análisis de precios unitarios (APU) , suministrados por la gobernación de Boyacá 2025, además, se realiza una evaluación técnica en la sede de ITBOY en Santa Rosa de Viterbo y se colabora en la planificación de visitas de campo y cierre documental del contrato LP123-2023. Este trabajo ayuda a mejorar las habilidades técnicas, supervisar y administrar proyectos reales. Su importancia es evidente a través de su influencia en el desarrollo de las técnicas de señal de tráfico en el departamento, y su expansión se observa en la calidad de los productos ofrecidos y el diálogo directo con el grupo de expertos ITBOY
Abstract
The civil engineering internship is being conducted at the Boyacá Transit Institute (ITBOY) in Tunja. The goal is to utilize technical knowledge in road signage, supervise public works, and analyze documents. The main objective is to assist with the technical and managerial tasks of road infrastructure construction projects, reviewing and examining essential data. Specific software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Excel, and Revit, among others, is used for this purpose. Among the activities carried out are the preparation of a technical signage inventory at 32 locations in different municipalities, the validation of georeferenced plans and photographs, and the generation of data matrices for contract settlement. The project also contributes to the creation of geographically mapped areas for the Sáchica-Villa de Leyva section, the evaluation of work quantities at 33 points, and the organization of the technical budget using the APU 2025 list. A technical evaluation is also conducted at ITBOY headquarters in Santa Rosa de Viterbo, and collaboration is provided in the planning of field visits and the finalization of documents for contract LP123-2023. This work helps improve technical skills, supervise, and manage real-world projects. Its importance is evident through its influence on the development of traffic signal techniques in the department, and its expansion is observed in the quality of the products offered and the direct dialogue with the ITBOY expert group.
