Diseño de una propuesta de gestión de requerimientos de consultoría para el Centro Javeriano De Competitividad (CJC), basado en el marco de trabajo Scrum.

Abstract

Problem: this paper addresses the need to optimize the management of consulting requirements at the Javerian Competitiveness Center (CJC) of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, given the lack of a structured methodology for adequate planning, monitoring, and control of projects, which affects efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Objective: to contribute to the optimization of the consulting requirements management process by developing a proposal based on the Scrum framework, adapted to the specific characteristics of the CJC. Method: a mixed-methods study was conducted, applying both quantitative and qualitative research techniques. Current processes were analyzed, and a Scrum implementation proposal was designed, including the definition of roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team), artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment), and events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective), along with an analysis of the current situation and a proposed timeline for framework implementation. A survey was conducted to collect information on professionals' perceptions of project management. Results: the proposed consulting requirements management under the Scrum framework offers a structure to improve transparency, adaptability, and efficiency at the CJC, allowing for better prioritization and execution of projects. Main discussions: Scrum implementation at the CJC can significantly improve responsiveness to consulting requirements, fostering an agile mindset that benefits both the organization and its clients. It is concluded that this methodology is relevant and adaptable to the CJC context, promoting more efficient and collaborative management.
