    The design and construction of water supply networks face significant challenges due to traditional management approaches, which used to be rigid and sequential. This study proposes the implementation of agile methodologies in the design of water supply networks, specifically for the Paraíso Campestre project in Monteria, aiming to transform the management and execution of such projects. The main objective of this work is to develop a practical model based on agile methodologies, which, through iterative and incremental cycles (sprints), allows better team coordination, timely response to changes, and optimization of time and resources. The methodology includes geotechnical and topographical studies to ensure a design aligned with technical regulations (RAS 2000) and the characteristics of the terrain, guaranteeing sustainability and functionality. Additionally, a reduction in delivery times, greater adaptability, and high-quality designs that strengthen water infrastructure and build user confidence are expected. This approach promotes more resilient and efficient networks, contributing to the sustainable development of the water sector. Likewise, it highlights how the application of agile methodologies can transform the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, optimizing investments and improving stakeholder satisfaction.     Marco Ágil Para Aportar Una Herramienta En El Manejo De Pacientes Deshabituación Tabáquica En Una Clínica

    Problem: Smoking cessation represents a critical public health challenge requiring adaptive, personalized, and evidence-based interventions. Objective: To design and implement a clinical protocol for managing patients undergoing smoking cessation using agile methodologies. Method: Scrum was used as an agile framework, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, flexibility, and incremental deliveries. Two key sprints were defined: initial assessment, which includes diagnostic forms and emotional support strategies, and the development of a core clinical protocol integrating personalized guides, educational materials, key performance indicators, and digital monitoring systems. Results: Functional deliverables were achieved in each sprint, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Interaction between clinical professionals and patients was enhanced, optimizing treatments through continuous feedback. Discussion: The application of Scrum proved effective in clinical contexts, allowing iterative adjustments and scalable solutions. This approach not only delivers incremental value to patients but also establishes a replicable model for other healthcare institutions.

    Aplicación del Marco Scrum para la mejora organizacional del restaurante punto rico en el área de cocina y servicio al cliente

    The objective of this monograph was the formulation of a proposal based on the implementation of the human resources management process, for the organizational improvement of the Punto Rico restaurant, applying knowledge and principles of the agile SCRUM methodology. Likewise, a review of the current regulations in Colombia regarding the operation of restaurants was carried out, theoretical-methodological guidelines of SCRUM were identified and the possible positive effects were projected. An internal analysis of the organization was also carried out, the results of which show some shortcomings and opportunities for improvement to allow adequate control and management in the kitchen process and restaurant services. By applying the principles of the agile SCRUM methodology, the improvement of sales profitability compared to the previous year is sought, compared to conventional or traditional planning, which would show a high-impact effect on profitability, cost and benefit for the Punto Rico restaurant in the city of Sogamoso, Boyacá.

    Modelo metodológico bajo enfoque scrum para proyectos de energías renovables en infraestructuras públicas

    Climate change and the need for sustainability have driven the adoption of renewable energies in public infrastructure, highlighting management and adaptability challenges. This paper proposes a SCRUM-based methodological model for efficiently implementing renewable energy projects in public infrastructure, focusing on photovoltaic systems. The model breaks down the project into incremental deliveries organized into sprints, emphasizing adaptability, collaboration, and continuous value delivery. A business case assessed the technical, economic, and legal feasibility of the photovoltaic system, yielding benefits such as reduced energy costs and CO₂ emissions. The results demonstrate SCRUM's effectiveness in managing complex projects, minimizing risks, and optimizing resources, while showcasing its potential as a replicable framework for sustainable public infrastructure initiatives.

    Implementación de un software de trazabilidad y gestión de activos en Colgas utilizando el enfoque Scrum

    The project focuses on implementing an optimized workflow for work order management at Colgas using the agile Scrum methodology and the Gexia system. Its objective is to centralize and automate key processes such as the creation, assignment, and closure of work orders, improving traceability, response times, and regulatory compliance in the LPG sector. The project includes initial technical configuration, data validation, and team training, consolidating an efficient and collaborative platform. Through a 15-day Sprint Zero, the technical and organizational foundations were established, including backlog prioritization and tool configuration. Subsequently, a single 15-day sprint focused on implementing critical functionalities prioritized in user stories, such as modules for technicians and supervisors. The process was monitored using performance indicators and burndown charts, utilizing visual tools like Trello to manage tasks. The results demonstrate that the Scrum methodology allows iterative adaptation to project needs, maximizing value delivery to the client and promoting a collaborative approach. The designed workflow optimizes resources, ensures order traceability, and contributes to a more efficient and reliable service for clients. This model stands out for its replicability in other organizational contexts, showcasing the positive impact of agile methodologies in regulated environments

    Desarrollo del diseño geotécnico de un puente vehicular aplicando enfoque ágil

    The objective of this proposal is to contribute to the development of the geotechnical designs of the mixed vehicular bridge in the “Lagos de Torca UF 5” project in Bogotá by implementing the execution of the design stage through the agile Scrum framework. The problem arises from the long times that the geotechnical design stage has in the construction of road infrastructure projects without generating early deliveries that contribute to the adequate completion of the requirements necessary to begin the construction of public works that improve the quality of life. of the citizens. The method is based on the scrum guide that is adaptable to this type of processes and that uses an iterative and incremental approach to optimize predictability and control risk. The results optimize the Geotechnical design stage in time and cost, making early value deliveries, to deliver a higher quality design during the progress of each sprint. The discussions take place in terms of project management and the use of traditional methodologies or agile work frameworks such as Scrum and the relevance of including them in this type of projects

    Plastic pollution has grown exponentially in recent decades, with serious global consequences for marine ecosystems, the economy, terrestrial biodiversity, climate and human health. Villavicencio, the capital of the department of Meta, does not escape this problem. Against this backdrop, the circular economy is presented as a viable solution, promoting sustainability through the extension of the useful life of products and the reuse of materials that would otherwise become waste. In this context, evaluating the viability of a recycled plastic pellet production plant in Villavicencio, Meta, stands as a crucial initiative. This would not only make it possible to take advantage of the plastic waste generated in the region, mitigating its environmental impact, but it would also boost local economic development by creating jobs and promoting a more sustainable production model. This work proposes a guide to determine the viability of said plant, addressing environmental investigation, market study, technical analysis and, finally, financial and risk evaluation. To do this, the agile Scrum methodology is used, which offers efficient and flexible management of processes, facilitating adaptation to changes and continuous improvement. The implementation of this methodology in the feasibility study not only optimizes project management, but also ensures more solid results adapted to the needs of the environment

    Currently, companies that oversee infrastructure projects face significant challenges in managing complex and variable projects effectively. Therefore, the implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO) is key for standardizing processes, optimizing resources, improving risk management, and aligning projects with organizational strategy. However, a high percentage of PMOs are structured under traditional and rigid approaches, requiring considerable time for their creation and implementation. By the time they are executed, the organization's needs may have changed. Thus, adopting an agile model for establishing the PMO offers greater flexibility, responsiveness, and efficiency. This monograph proposes the structuring of a PMO for oversight companies using an agile approach, integrating adaptive tools and methodologies that enable iterative and incremental monitoring and control. The goal is to improve operational efficiency, foster collaboration, drive innovation, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.     This work is structured with the aim of proposing the sequencing of the schematic projection (prototype - descriptive) of La Flora Park, a vital conservation space of the Municipality of Bucaramanga located on Carrera 45 and Calle 56, a space that meets part of the urban furniture requirements demanded in urban planning (POT - Linear Park), of the Terrazas and La Floresta neighborhoods (commune 12 of Bucaramanga), in the vicinity of the old highway to Floridablanca with limits between the La Merced and La Presentación Schools. This majestic park is recognized in the Santander environment, by the local and foreign community, as an area developed to carry out outdoor recreational activities oriented to sports, family, recreation (practices that are related to the balance of body and mind and play, etc.), contemplation of the natural environment by the surrounding community (children, senior citizens, passers-by, academics, tourists, etc.) and cultural recreation planned by the municipality according to its planning (secretariat of culture and tourism of Bucaramanga), in an environment that responds to the projective drawn up since 2000 by the CDMB and the metropolitan police of Bucaramanga who is present 24-7 in the area, in coherence with the needs of the POT 2013 - 2014 and the new vision of the POT 2027, considering the fulfillment of the sustainable development objectives (ODS), the master plans for the management of public space and the plan of current development, which declares the need to project these spaces as the skin of democracy and the environment required for the exercise of territorial and citizen equity

    Marco ágil en la recuperación de cultivos de mora para productores del municipio de Piedecuesta, Santander

    The monograph proposes, within the Agile Framework methodology, the recovery of the blackberry crops of the producers of the municipality of Piedecuesta in Santander, since for several years they have told the municipal administration that these crops are aging and are constantly getting sick, causing in some cases the total death of planted lots. Within the Agile Framework, the high-level product stack is identified and analyzed where the sprint is established that will be executed iteratively until the defined product is achieved, which is the “Evaluated alternative for the recovery of blackberry cultivation.” The monograph also includes user history, specific Sprint activities, sprint management and control; At the end of all the aforementioned activities, the deliverable prototype of the project will be obtained. Within this work, the formation of the Scrum team is of vital importance to plan and develop each of the activities, articulating everything with stakeholders for the construction of the technical document that must contain the technical procedure for the recovery of the affected blackberry crops.

    Guía para la recuperación de señal de TDT en la sede alterna Barranquilla: Un enfoque basado en Scrum

    Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT), adopted in Colombia with the DVB-T standard and upgraded to DVB-T2, allows the broadcasting of high-definition television. However, Caracol Televisión's signal may be affected by interruptions due to technical failures or emergency situations at the main headquarters. The main objective of this monograph is to generate a guidance document with an agile approach to restore the DTT signal in these cases and highlight the need to activate the alternate headquarters in Barranquilla as a contingency measure to ensure service continuity. Through the Scrum methodology, the document seeks to establish an iterative structure of tasks that guarantees the efficient use of resources at the alternate headquarters to optimize emergency response times. This proposal is relevant for its ability to improve team coordination, reduce costs and establish a protocol that can be replicated in other regions. By guaranteeing the continuity of the channel's DTT service, the project not only strengthens the company's operations, but also ensures the population's access to information and entertainment, especially in emergency situations.

    Plan de Proyecto para la Construcción de un Edificio Ecoeficiente, Siguiendo las Buenas Prácticas de Marco Lógico

    In this work, a business case is presented that focuses on the planning of the construction of an eco-efficient building in the city of Pasto, department of Nariño, Colombia. The project aims to optimize resources and reduce environmental impacts and promote sustainability in the construction and operation of the building. The available land has an area of 388 m2 and it is planned to build three levels of underground basements, a first floor for commercial premises and 11 apartment floors; in this sense, the purpose of this degree work is to fulfill the general objective of planning the design and construction of a building that applies environmentally friendly technologies to reduce its negative environmental impact. As a method, the logical framework methodology was proposed, which allowed providing a structured and rigorous framework for the planning and execution of projects, which is especially relevant in the context of the construction of eco-efficient buildings due to the complexity and challenges associated with this type of projects. Its systematic and participatory approach helps ensure that established objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively, thus contributing to the sustainability and success of the project.

    To establish a proposal for the creation of a PMO in the company MEYER MÓVILES SAS using the PMBOK 6th ed. standard to improve the direction and management of projects within the organization. Develop a survey and make a strategic diagnosis within the company that identifies the areas of knowledge with major deficiencies in project management in order to establish the shortcomings of the organization. Structure a project management proposal based on the PMBOK 6th ed. aligned for the organization defining (type of PMO, PMO structure, templates, training, and other important issues for the definition of the PMO within the company) in order to improve project management within the company. Propose a PMO implementation plan that involves the generation of a project management process in order for the company to improve its indicators in both commercial and financial management. The PMBOK Methodology was developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and it is widely used in different industries and sectors to ensure widely used in different industries and sectors to ensure success in project execution. After performing the diagnosis in relation to project management, knowing the expectations of stakeholders, strategic direction, structure and governance of the PMO, the proposal is structured to leave for the implementation plan of a project management office that allows a better performance within the company. It is necessary that the company can develop this project, through the implementation of the PMO within the framework of the PMI guidelines and the PMBOK standard, and especially apply all the recommendations and lessons learned from this project, however, this is a total decision of the company's spring. A project management proposal was structured with the main objective of creating a methodology for the PMO in MEYER MÓVILES S.A.S., evidencing the need to create its strategic direction, its organizational structure, defining its parameters to achieve a PMO orientation.

    The present work was proposed to address the problem evidenced in E.S.P type companies in the implementation and monitoring of contracts for the provision of services, which reflects the congestion of work, delay and accumulation of payments, setback in processes of the contracting area and low performance and satisfaction by contractors; in this sense, the general objective was to design the guide for a management and information system for E.S.P type companies in order to generate greater efficiency, control, transparency and stability of contracts for the provision of services in all its processes. As a framework it was carried out under the Scrum tools and life cycle, which allowed to obtain as a result the prioritization of techniques that allow to achieve the needs identified in the problem, efficiency and optimization both in time and in the activities that are required in each process, thus allowing the companies to be more optimal and efficient, determining in the discussions that, mainly what is proposed as a research project is evidenced that it works and is invited to be replicated in the E.S.P type companies in Colombia.

This work aims to design a project management plan aligned with the PMBOK methodology in its seventh edition, emphasizing its flexible approach through adaptation to specific contexts. This principle, known as “Tailor for Context,” guides the project’s development.

    This project focused on developing a mobile application (APK) to manage event bookings in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, with the aim of creating an efficient solution that simplifies event organization and booking in the region through modern technologies. The methodology implemented included the use of the PHP Laravel Framework for backend management, the implementation of the React.js JavaScript library for user interface development, and the application of the Scrum framework for agile project management, facilitating an iterative and collaborative development process. The results obtained demonstrate the creation of a functional application that optimizes the user experience in event management, providing an efficient platform for interaction between organizers and participants.

    Propuesta de un plan de gestión de los riesgos basados en PMBOK 6, a los procesos de la Secretaria de Planeación y Obras Públicas del municipio de Yacuanquer, Nariño

    The present investigation proposed to give attention to the problem that occurred within the mayor's office of the municipality of Yacuanquer, specifically in the secretariat of planning and public works, regarding the high number of administrative processes and the lack of risk management in them, which has led to deficiencies in the response times of the services, a decrease in performance indices and an overload of responsibilities in this department, for which, the general objective was set to "build a risk management plan for the processes of the secretariats of planning and works of the municipality of Yacuanquer in order to initiate and facilitate the management of administrative risks, based on PMBOK 6". as a method, it is established through different phases: planning, identification, qualitative analysis, response plan and guidelines for the implementation of administrative risks according to the processes in charge of the secretary, obtaining a risk management plan model based on sequential steps and base documents, which shows 74 procedures in charge of which 69 present threat type risks, 22 of high priority and 29 of medium priority, as well as 5 high priority opportunities, in addition, it shows that it is possible to carry out such management through PMBOK 6 and that it is interrelated with national standards; favoring the operation of the secretary, attention to the community and finally, being possible to be implemented by similar entities of the same category.

    In this work, the feasibility of the execution of a business model for the creation of a French pastry shop in the city of Floridablanca was studied, whose sector has shown growth in recent years despite the obstacles presented, such as the inflation and the rise of raw materials. Even so, in Floridablanca there is no place focused on French pastries so we have an unexplored market; this is why the general objective was proposed to “Formulate a business model for the start-up of a French pastry shop in the city of Floridablanca using the SCRUM framework. Through carrying out the project under the SCRUM framework, the different types of viability that must be obtained to achieve a business model were established, the correct use of the framework for this type of research projects is demonstrated. and the viability of the presented project is also concluded.

    The unknown established in this research focuses on the low academic performance of Eleventh grade students at the IED Santa María Goretti and its impact on performance on state tests, establishing a challenge in the educational sector of the region. The general objective is to analyze its socioeconomic and academic environment, for the structuring of a new study plan based on the requirements of the MEN, under a Steam, differential and ethnic methodological approach, from the good practices of the logical framework. This frame of reference made it possible to identify and order a series of causes and effects involved. After the approach and analysis of the problem tree, the objectives tree was addressed, which yielded 10 possible solution alternatives, directly related to the specific objectives of the project. Next, a detailed analysis of the identified alternatives was carried out, taking into account the selection and evaluation parameters of alternatives, such as; economic impact, social impact, technological impact and measurement criteria. The editorial and edifying channeling proposed by this methodology guarantees that the optimal proposal selected will bring with it satisfactory benefits, such as strengthening basic learning competencies and excellence in performance in the results of state tests for eleventh grade students. the IED Santa María Goretti.
