Resumen
El apoyo y supervisión técnica que se realizó al proyecto “ASIGNACIÓN DE SUBSIDIOS AL PROYECTO HÁBITAT Y SOSTENIBILIDAD RURAL EN BIENESTAR Y EN PAZ DEPARTAMENTO DE BOYACÁ (MUNICIPIO DE DUITAMA)”, y a los distintos proyectos que se estaban desarrollando en los mejoramientos de viviendas de interés prioritario, aportó a la comunidad una mejora en su calidad de vida. Éstos proyectos se realizan gracias a los fondos para el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda, según se describe en el decreto 0133 del 19 de enero de 2018.
Conforme se avanzaba en el proyecto se realizaban aportes para el mejoramiento de las viviendas, por medio del apoyo técnico en el armado de los muros estructurales, donde se encontraron inconvenientes que de no solucionarse, constituirían una afectación a la estructura a futuro, de igual forma se aportó cognitivamente en las distancias entre flejes para el armado y figurado del acero, se asistió en las excavaciones de los pozos sépticos para tomar sus áreas y así analizar que no se presenten sobrecostos en esta actividad.
Durante la ejecución se realizaron actividades para el desarrollo de la obra, dando oportuno cumplimiento al uso de los recursos otorgados por el estado; el proyecto se desarrolló con base en las siguientes actividades, diseño, construcción, puesta en marcha, operación y mantenimiento. Estas actividades se desarrollaron con base a la normatividad de construcción Colombiana vigente, permitiendo un control más eficiente de la calidad del proyecto. Incluyendo la contribución en los diseños técnicos, evaluar y aportar en los presupuestos, para presentar propuestas ajustadas financieramente.
Abstract
The technical support and supervision that was carried out to the project "ALLOCATION OF SUBSIDIES TO THE HABITAT PROJECT AND RURAL SUSTAINABILITY IN WELFARE AND PEACE DEPARTMENT OF BOYACÁ ( MUNICIPALITY OF DUITAMA)”, and to the various projects that were affected in the improvements of housing of priority interest, contributed to the community an improvement in their quality of life. These projects were carried out thanks to the funds for the Family Housing Grant, as described in Decree 0133 of January 19, 2018.
As the project progresses, contributions were made for the improvement of housing, through technical support in the assembly of structural walls, where there are problems that do not solve, would constitute an affectation to the structure of the future, in the same way contributed cognitively in the distances between strips for the assembly and figuration of steel, assisted in the excavations of septic tanks to take their areas and thus analyze that there are no cost overruns in this activity.
During the execution activities are carried out for the development of the work, giving opportunity for compliance to the use of the resources granted by the state; the project was established based on the following activities, design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance. These activities are developed based on the regulations of the current Colombian construction, they will have a more efficient control of the quality of the project. Including the contribution in the technical designs, evaluation and contribution in the budgets, to present financially adjusted proposals.
