dc.description	La propuesta de investigación procura explorar los diferentes temas relacionados con el acceso a la justicia, las modificaciones que adelanta el Estado para adecuarse a prestar un mejor servicio en materia de justicia para poder garantizar su obligación en materia de los derechos humanos. Asimismo, al observar que las dinámicas evolucionan, los diferentes grupos sociales buscan participar frente a la justicia, y si es necesario adecuar las mismas instituciones normativas, así como las entidades, para que el Estado cumpliendo con sus estándares internacionales garantice un debido acceso a la justicia. Los diferentes individuos dentro de las sociedades buscan también la participación frente al Estado para garantía de sus derechos, y esto hace parte de la normal evolución del ordenamiento jurídico según las necesidades sociales.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The research proposal seeks to explore the different issues related to access to justice, the modifications that the State advances to adapt to provide a better service in the field of justice in order to guarantee its obligation in the field of human rights. Likewise, when observing that the dynamics evolve, the different social groups seek to participate in the face of justice, and if it is necessary to adapt the same normative institutions, as well as the entities, so that the State complying with its international standards guarantees due access to the Justice. The different individuals within societies also seek participation before the State to guarantee their rights, and this is part of the normal evolution of the legal system according to social needs.	spa
