La pasantía para optar al título de Especialista en Administración Deportiva se desarrolló en el Instituto Departamental de Recreación y Deporte del Guainía entre el 1 y el 12 de noviembre del 2024. Las actividades en las cuales se participó durante este periodo de tiempo fueron en la organización y desarrollo de 3 eventos importantes: Los Juegos Intercolegiados Departamentales que se llevaron a cabo entre el 3 y 6 de octubre, en donde se me asignó el cargo de director del torneo. El segundo evento fueron los Juegos Comunales Departamentales en donde tuve el mismo cargo mencionado anteriormente y se realizó entre el 10 y 12 de octubre. El tercer evento fueron los Juegos Intercolegiados Regionales desarrollados entre el 18 y 26 de octubre. Como actividad final se realizó un taller acerca de la conformación de clubes deportivos para todos los entrenadores
que deseaban participar en la reunión el día 12 de noviembre. Esta pasantía en el INDER Guainía me permitió aprender y enfrentarme a muchos desafíos relacionados con la limitación de recursos económicos e infraestructura insuficiente. Sin embargo, se logró cumplir a cabalidad con todas las actividades del cronograma gracias a la gestión e interacción entre todos los diferentes actores deportivos del departamento.
Abstract
The internship to obtain the title of Sports Administration Specialist was carried out at the Guainía Departmental Institute of Recreation and Sports between November 1 and 12, 2024. The activities in which I participated during this period of time were in the organization and development of 3 important events: The Departmental Inter-school Games that took place between
October 3 and 6, where I was assigned the position of tournament director. The second event was the Departmental Community Games where I held the same position mentioned above and was held between October 10 and 12. The third event was the Regional Inter-school Games held between October 18 and 26. As a final activity, a workshop was held on the formation of sports
clubs for all coaches who wished to participate in the meeting on November 12. This internship at INDER Guainía allowed me to learn and face many challenges related to the limitation of economic resources and insufficient infrastructure. However, all the activities of the schedule were fully accomplished thanks to the management and interaction between all the different sports
actors of the department.
