En el marco de la pandemia por el Covid-19 muchas micro y pequeñas empresas del sector turísticos se vieron afectadas y tuvieron muchas dificultades. El departamento de Boyacá con el fin de consolidar las bases para un turismo más sólido ha creado planes y proyectos en conjunto de instituciones educativas como la Universidad Santo Tomás. En este sentido, el presente trabajo estuvo vinculado a una investigación multicampus, a la cual también se vincularon varias empresas del sector de hospedaje y alojamiento. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se realizó una investigación con enfoque cualitativo de tipo exploratorio-descriptivo que tuvo como propósito diseñar un manual de funciones y perfiles de cargo por competencias bajo la metodología de organizaciones ágiles. Los resultados arrojaron que el sector de hospedaje y hotelería en Boyacá está constituido, en su mayoría, por microempresas, en las cuales los empleados realizan varias funciones y ejecutan diferentes cargos. Esto demostró la pertinencia de la investigación y la implementación de un manual de funciones y perfiles de cargo en el sector de hospedaje y alojamiento en el departamento de Boyacá.
Abstract
In the framework of the Covid-19 pandemic, many micro and small companies in the tourism sector were affected and had many difficulties. The department of Boyacá, in order to consolidate the bases for a more solid tourism, has created plans and projects in conjunction with educational institutions such as the Santo Tomás University. In this sense, the present work was linked to a multi-campus investigation, to which several companies in the lodging and lodging sector were also linked. Taking into account the foregoing, an investigation was carried out with a qualitative approach of an exploratory-descriptive type that had the purpose of designing a manual of functions and job profiles by competencies under the methodology of agile organizations. The results showed that the lodging and hotel sector in Boyacá is constituted, for the most part, by micro-enterprises, in which the employees carry out various functions and carry out different positions. This demonstrated the relevance of the investigation and the implementation of a manual of functions and job profiles in the lodging and lodging sector in the department of Boyacá.
