Seguimiento técnico y administrativo del proyecto remodelación de infraestructura física de instituciones educativas del CONSORCIO GRAINFRA 2023. Ubicados en el municipio de Bucaramanga

Abstract

This report shows the execution process carried out during the business internship of the intern at the company PAVIACOM S.A.S, carried out from December 14, 2023, to June 13, 2024. The report details the activities developed during these 6 months, focused on the remodeling of physical infrastructure of educational institutions in Bucaramanga. At the beginning of the business practice, the intern was designated as Assistant Resident Engineer, with the responsibility of supporting the technical and administrative supervision of each educational institution. Its objective was to facilitate and streamline the processes involved in the execution of the project, providing accurate information about the work, materials and quantities in order to improve the physical infrastructure conditions and provide a safe and appropriate environment for learning. This was carried out through the implementation of the processes and databases established by the company, with the purpose of facilitating the collection of data and evidence during supervision, as well as to follow established procedures and achieve favorable improvements in each educational institution, especially in terms of structural conditions.
