Abstract

This project aims to show a proposal for an entrepreneurship, consulting model, with a plus of innovation, which with analysis and studies carried out was concluded as a minimum viable product.

Within this document it will be shown in detail in which the studies carried out and the results obtained, which were carried out under the approaches learned in the different courses carried out in, of the specialization in business development management, of the Santo Tomas University. The work presented has as its main idea the creation of a consulting company, whose mission is to implement the ideas that people due to lack of knowledge of the process and financial resources have not been able, as well as to reinvent businesses, provide administrative, financial, accounting, legal advice, audits, human talent and all those needs that are generated within an organization.
