Real estate crowdfunding is introduced as a key and novel element, not only as a source of financing but also as a tool that democratizes access to the real estate market. This strategy allows people from various economic backgrounds to become co-owners of real estate, offering them a share in the growth and returns of such properties. In this context, the business lines of flipping and coliving not only serve to diversify investment opportunities but also present practical solutions for the acquisition, renovation, and rental of properties, adapting to the changing needs of different audiences, from young professionals to digital nomads. When analyzing the problem, fundamental barriers are identified that have hindered participation in real estate investments in Colombia. Only 15.2% of Colombians save regularly, and only a small percentage of those savings are allocated to asset acquisition. (La Nota Economica, 2021). Additionally, the lack of financial education affects the population's ability to make informed decisions. (La Nota Economica, 2021). Finally, misconceptions, such as the belief that a large amount of capital is required to invest in real estate, limit access to the market and have created a challenging environment. Due to the above, the initiative to develop a business model entitled: Production and Marketing of organic fertilizer (Californian red worm humus) arises, which allows the generation of employment and mitigates the environmental impact by reducing the organic waste that reaches the landfill daily. This document is structured by an initial section or introduction to the business idea, through the identification of the problem, objectives, justification, as well as the matrix or canvas in which the general idea of the project is briefly described. . In section one of the document, the macro and microenvironment is set out in which important aspects are defined to take into account in the optimal development of the project, since in this way the general behavior, both internal and external, of the business is known and thus generates improvement strategies for its good economic or profitable development. It is located in Tunja and legally established since 2016. SSCO presents difficulties in its personnel selection process due to because traditional job interviews are long and require a lot of involvement human. This affects SSCO's ability to respond efficiently to the demands of the market. As a solution, an application prototype is proposed to automate and optimize the interviews in order to support the selection process through interactive virtual interviews, repetitive task automation, efficient feedback, gamified interviews, among others. The objective is to reduce the duration of the selection process and improve the quality of said process, better identifying the most qualified candidates. This would reduce costs and increase productivity in human resources. In addition, they are supplied with high doses of chemicals to increase egg production, subjecting the hens to stress and animal abuse. The project solves this problem and raises awareness among people. Demandbetterproducts. Its main economic activity is focused on automotive upholstery, covering painting and welding services of vehicle structures. This business started in 2019 starting from the owner's activity in buying and selling cars and found in it a business opportunity. They started their activity with the upholstery of a vehicle and by the year 2022, three years later, you can find in their offer products such as upholstery of home furniture, chairs, vehicle floors, wallets, steering wheel, gearshift bar, tapi linings and paint maintenance. This paper will discuss the 5S methodology to be applied in the business in order to improve manufacturing processes, quality of products and services, as well as interpersonal relationships, communication and generate a more productive work environment. Different opportunities for improvement were identified in different areas, both in the production and manufacturing part and in the organizational environment. Regarding production, it is evident that there is disorder in the storage of materials, causing difficulty in moving around in the common areas of the workshop, this can cause accidents during the performance of tasks. On the other hand, it was found that the work environment is affected since the collaborators do not have an adequate work space, that is; The workshop has enough space for each one to have an ideal work area, however, being poorly distributed and in disorder, it is not possible to have said area for each one, it is also necessary to provide them with suitable work implements for the realization of the same as they are: chairs, good lighting, ventilation and other necessary elements. Heads of households and adults without training who hardly have a permanent job, choose to start or set up their business, and due to their socioeconomic conditions, request loans from illegal people, who take advantage of the needs and abuse interest rates, placing at risk his integrity even his own life. In this way, it is intended to take the statistical data of the population of Valle del Cauca who would be potential clients to benefit from this type of credit, but offered by an authorized banking entity, in such a way that they are not only granted the loans but also contribute with the credit experience. A methodology based on consulting statistical sources and a sociodemographic study will be defined to quantify the population market; followed by surveys through the commercial force who will obtain more information to categorize the data and conclude the feasibility. This proposal aims to provide a solution to the key points involved in a business plan through various points that converge in an accurate strategic planning that aims for the success of the business idea. In this sense, key points for the business proposal were addressed as the justification to understand the relevance of the project, the objectives with its scope, analysis of the micro and macro environment in which the project will be developed to understand the different effects that converge, a market study to analyze the economic sector, the competition and what are the estimated sales projections, an operational study to understand the necessary aspects for the operation of the company, an organizational and legal study for the constitution of the project within the most optimal norms and standards. Additionally, the marketing and organizational strategies will be addressed along with the analysis of organizational processes that will complement the structuring of the agency. Suppliers will be identified in order to create alliances to carry out the event. Follow-up will be carried out on each of the activities to be carried out in order to generate trust in the client and also the fulfillment of the acquired commitments. Keeping in mind that Santander is a tourist department, characterized by its climate, its gastronomy and its people that make it a desired destination, events will be organized in open places that have a cultural identity.
