Abstract

The management of Science, Innovation and Cooperation is attached to the Secretary of Competitiveness and Economic Development of the Government of Meta. This entity is responsible for receiving all the cooperation actions that make presence in the territory, in addition, it helps to focus the different cooperation actions in the communities that require them. Working in this type of facility for professionals in the field of international business allows to develop ad enhance the humanistic approaches developed during academic training, by focusing efforts and teachings on the benefit of others, especially community’s whit the most needs. During the development of business practices one of the most important challenges was the work that was intended to be done with the indigenous communities of four municipalities focused, which provided unparalleled knowledge about working with these communities, in addition, to understand how in public entities the development of initiatives such as this depends on the collaboration and the good deeds of many people, which makes it more difficult to get to fruition with the initiatives presented.
