Reconoce desafíos y barreras que afectan la efectividad del sistema de salud, como deficiencias en la atención médica y resistencia al cambio. A través de un análisis exhaustivo, se identificarán áreas críticas para optimizar procedimientos y se compararán marcos de referencia existentes para garantizar eficiencia y calidad en la atención. Este enfoque integral busca alinear las mejores prácticas y superar las contradicciones en la implementación de mejoras.spa
dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims to develop a continuous improvement proposal for health promotion and maintenance processes in Colombia, leveraging the ITIL 4 methodology. The study addresses critical challenges and barriers affecting the effectiveness of the healthcare system, including deficiencies in service delivery and resistance to change. Through a comprehensive analysis, critical areas for improvement will be identified, focusing on optimizing procedures and enhancing management efficiency. Additionally, existing reference frameworks will be evaluated to establish comparisons and ensure alignment with best practices. This research seeks to provide a robust, integrative strategy that enhances the quality and efficiency of healthcare services, overcoming implementation contradictions and fostering sustainable improvement.spa
