El terminal de transporte terrestre del distrito turístico y cultural de Riohacha, la Guajira, presenta una problemática de movilidad y aglomeración en su infraestructura, además no cumple con las normas que indica el Ministerio de Transporte. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo brindar múltiples soluciones ya que la población ha tenido un crecimiento potencial, y amerita la creación de un espacio arquitectónico amplio y moderno, para mejorar la circulación de pasajeros generado por el alto flujo de turistas en la zona, y a su vez se incorporen servicios comerciales al público, considerando una excelente y estratégica distribución, lo cual incluye taquillas confortables y accesibles para todos los usuarios. En el planteamiento de la propuesta se considera pertinente la reubicación del terminal actual pues sus dimensiones son reducidas y se encuentra en un punto congestionado de la ciudad. En general su proyección permitirá el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los habitantes y desarrollo turístico de la ciudad.
Abstract
The land transport terminal of the tourist and cultural district of Riohacha, Guajira, presents a problem of mobility and agglomeration in its infrastructure, in addition it doesn´t comply with the standards indicated by the Ministry of Transportation. This project aims to provide multiple solutions since the population has had a potential growth, and deserves the creation of a spacious and modern architectural space, to improve the circulation of passengers generated by the high flow of tourists in the area, and in turn commercial services to the public are incorporated, considering an excellent and strategic distribution, which includes comfortable and accessible ticket offices for all users. In the approach of the proposal, the relocation of the current terminal is considered pertinent since its dimensions are small and it is located in a congested point of the city. In general, its projection will allow the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants and the tourist development of the city.
