La Acción de Tutela Colombiana frente al Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos

Abstract

The present thesis has as a reference the Inter-American System of Human Rights, and on the basis of the Commission's reports and the judgments of the Court in relation with the Colombian Action of Protection mainly, but also concerning the Application for Amparo, Protection Action, or Security Mandate , in countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Honduras, Paraguay, Chile, Mexico, Guatemala, among others, can be extracted and identify some sub-rules, which allow to analyze and demonstrate the applicability of these in new or future cases of Human Rights violations, in order to facilitate domestic or international litigations, when is necessary to prove compliance with the issue of exhaustion of domestic remedies and for purposes of assessing the appropriate course forward or appeal.
