Abstract

The center of social support in Ibague’s town is an architectural and urban strategy that exalts at the beginning of inclusion, support and welfare for social and territorial sustainability. The project is preside to the low stratus socioeconomic community of the Ibague’s town, specially the four commune’s habitants, generating recreation, participation, counseling, culture and knowledge opportunities. It bets on space and functional initiatives, respecting and safeguarding the ethical and cultural values, natural and landscape, within a healthy environment according to the needs of the population to benefit.
