Se muestra el desarrollo y fabricación de un prototipo funcional de un motorreductor de accionamiento hipocicloidal, el cual tiene una reducción de velocidad de 9:1. En la etapa de diseño se ilustran las ecuaciones que gobiernan la geometría del mecanismo, así como sus diferentes componentes. Previo a la fabricación se realiza un modelamiento cinemático por medio del módulo Motion del software NX, con el objeto de verificar la funcionalidad del mecanismo. Para manufacturar el prototipo del motorreductor se utilizó tecnología de impresión 3D por deposición de hilo fundido FDM, combinado con tornillería y rodamientos metálicos. Al comprobar el correcto funcionamiento del prototipo, se corrobora la importancia del uso de las nuevas tecnologías CAD/CAM, para el diseño y desarrollo de productos con alto valor agregado.
Abstract
The development and manufacture of a functional prototype of a hypocycloid drive gearmotor is shown, which has a speed reduction of 9: 1. In the design stage, the equations that govern the geometry of the mechanism, as well as its different components, are illustrated. Before manufacturing, a kinematic modeling is carried out using the Motion module of the NX software, in order to verify the functionality of the mechanism. To manufacture the prototype of the gearmotor, FDM molten wire deposition 3D printing technology was used, combined with metal screws and bearings. By checking the correct functioning of the prototype, the importance of the use of new CAD / CAM technologies for the design and development of products with high added value is confirmed.
