La posibilidad de ofrecer servicios de actividades físico-recreativas en el medio Natural en el corregimiento laguna de Ortices, San Andrés/Santander; está relacionada con los intereses de los turistas, que, a través de peticiones y estudios, han demostrado un alto nivel de interés en poder realizar estas actividades recreativas en la laguna de Ortices. El objetivo es diseñar un plan de negocios que permita establecer la factibilidad operativa y financiera de una empresa dedicada al ecoturismo en el corregimiento Laguna de Ortices, San Andrés, Santander. La metodología es un tipo de estudio transversal descriptivo realizado en una muestra seleccionada por conveniencia de 125 turistas que visitaban el Corregimiento de Laguna de Ortices. Como instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizó la guía de Asistencia Técnica en Planificación del Turismo, emitida por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo. Conclusión: El VPN del proyecto fue superior a cero, esto indica que financieramente el proyecto es viable ya que arroja el rendimiento financiero esperado por los emprendedores; de igual forma, la TIR está acorde con lo esperado en el gremio turístico.
Abstract
The possibility of offering services of physical-recreational activities in the natural environment in the village of Laguna de Ortices, San Andres/Santander, is related to the interests of tourists, who through requests and studies, have shown a high level of interest in being able to perform these recreational activities in the Ortices Lagoon. The objective is to design a business plan to establish the operational and financial feasibility of a company dedicated to ecotourism in the village of Laguna de Ortices, San Andres, Santander. The methodology is a descriptive cross-sectional study carried out on a sample selected by convenience of 125 tourists visiting the Laguna de Ortices district. The Technical Assistance Guide for Tourism Planning, issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, was used as a data collection instrument. Conclusion: The Net Present Value of the project was greater than zero, which indicates that the project is financially viable since it yields the financial return expected by the entrepreneurs; likewise, the Internal Rate of Return is in line with what is expected in the tourism industry.
