Resumen

Este proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo diseñar una propuesta arquitectónica de un Centro cultural para la población del municipio de Curití en Santander, con el fin de resolver la problemática social, económica y de identidad del municipio, así como también, enriquecer la cultura fomentando el desarrollo artístico de sus habitantes. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto, se planteará una infraestructura cultural de calidad a partir del análisis del lugar y las necesidades de sus habitantes. Así mismo, se estudiará la normativa colombiana y en especial los requerimientos del Ministerio de Cultura, para posteriormente, tomar en cuenta referentes conceptuales, técnicos y estéticos, como el centro cultural Porto Seguro en Brasil y el Centro Cultural de Moravia en Colombia, los cuales permitirán el completo desarrollo del Centro Cultural en Curití, garantizando y promoviendo oportunidades de aprendizaje dignas para todos.

Abstract

This thesis aims to design an architectural proposal for a cultural center for the population of the municipality of Curití in Santander, in order to solve the social, economic and identity problems of the municipality, as well as enriching culture by promoting the artistic development of its inhabitants. For the development of this project, a quality cultural infrastructure will be proposed based on the analysis of the place and the needs of its inhabitants. Likewise, the Colombian regulations will be studied and especially the requirements of the Ministry of Culture, to later consider conceptual, technical and aesthetic references, such as the Porto Seguro cultural center in Brazil and the Moravia Cultural Center in Colombia, which will allow the complete development of the Cultural Center in Curití, guaranteeing and promoting decent learning opportunities for all.
