Resumen
Las edificaciones de uso público debido a su uso se consideran de alta importancia y por ende se deben de tratar con mayor relevancia en cuanto al diseño estructural y arquitectura que se va a llevar a cabo en estas edificaciones, sin embargo, debido al grado de antigüedad de muchas de estas, es necesario realizar mantenimientos correctivos que conservar permitirán la estructura más tiempo sin perjudicar la habitabilidad del ente.
En el presente documento técnico se encuentra la historia clínica y el estudio patológico del palacio de justicia del municipio de Túquerres ubicado en el Departamento de Nariño, al que se pretende realizar una remodelación y mejora de todos los espacios.
A partir de la inspección visual y algunos ensayos se determina el estado en el que se encuentra la edificación y si es necesario realizar cambios totales o parciales de las zonas afectado por las diferentes enfermedades que aquejan los materiales constructivos.
El Palacio de Justicia del municipio de Túquerres, Nariño, es una institución ubicada en el centro del municipio que mantiene un alto flujo de personal y que por ende se debe mantener en perfecto estado permitiendo su uso constante sin afectar la salud o la comodidad de las personas.
Con base en lo anterior, y partiendo de la selección de esta edificación como paciente, desarrollaremos el presente trabajo de análisis y diagnóstico patológico, para optar por el título de especialistas en Patología de la Construcción.
Abstract
Buildings for public use due to their use are considered of high importance and therefore Therefore, they should be treated with greater relevance in terms of structural design and architecture that will be carried out in these buildings, however, due to the degree of antiquity of many of these, it is necessary to carry out corrective maintenance that conserving will allow the structure to last longer without harming the habitability of the entity.
In this technical document you will find the clinical history and the pathological study of the courthouse of the municipality of Túquerres located in the Department of Nariño, to which it is intended to carry out a remodeling and improvement of all spaces. From the visual inspection and some tests, the state in which it is finds the building and if it is necessary to make total or partial changes to the zones affected by the different diseases that afflict construction materials. The Palace of Justice of the municipality of Túquerres, Nariño, is an institution located in the center of the municipality that maintains a high flow of personnel and that therefore must be keep in perfect condition allowing its constant use without affecting the health or
comfort of people.
Based on the above, and starting from the selection of this building as a patient, we will develop the present work of analysis and pathological diagnosis, to opt for the title of specialists in Construction Pathology.
