Abstract

Buildings for public use due to their use are considered of high importance and therefore Therefore, they should be treated with greater relevance in terms of structural design and architecture that will be carried out in these buildings, however, due to the degree of antiquity of many of these, it is necessary to carry out corrective maintenance that conserving will allow the structure to last longer without harming the habitability of the entity. In this technical document you will find the clinical history and the pathological study of the courthouse of the municipality of Túquerres located in the Department of Nariño, to which it is intended to carry out a remodeling and improvement of all spaces. From the visual inspection and some tests, the state in which it is finds the building and if it is necessary to make total or partial changes to the zones affected by the different diseases that afflict construction materials. The Palace of Justice of the municipality of Túquerres, Nariño, is an institution located in the center of the municipality that maintains a high flow of personnel and that therefore must be keep in perfect condition allowing its constant use without affecting the health or comfort of people. Based on the above, and starting from the selection of this building as a patient, we will develop the present work of analysis and pathological diagnosis, to opt for the title of specialists in Construction Pathology.
