Madurez investigativa, trabajo y género: la labor invisible de las mujeres guaqueras en Muzo, Boyacá. Colombia.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the work category from a feminist perspective in the case of the guaqueras women in the Boyaca’s occident, Colombia. Inside the text deepening is done about the work and the transformations it has undergone, especially by the feminist theory, similarly, within this writing an analysis was carried out about the emerging debates about topics such as care work, in addition, the double work done by women who are immersed in the labor market is characterized. This analysis was done starting from the experience of the guaqueras women of Muzo (Boyacá), taking into account their relationship with careful work and the guaqueria. To fulfill this purpose, a qualitative methodology is used, turning to tools like the social and body mapping, interview, focus groups
