OBJETIVO GENERAL:
Plantear una propuesta arquitectónica enfocada a los estudiantes universitarios y docentes de las comunas, 11 Laureles y la
comuna 7 Robledo, de Medellín, creando una residencia estudiantil que da respuesta a la problemática de este grupo social,
con el fin de favorecer las condiciones de vida general, contribuyendo a mejorar y mantener su rendimiento académico.
OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS:
- Diseñar la propuesta arquitectónica de vivienda para estudiantes y docentes de las universidades cercanas al
proyecto.
- Mejorar la calidad de vida de los estudiantes universitarios, mediante las condiciones de habitabilidad y menores
tiempos de desplazamiento.
- Establecer alianzas con universidades por ofrecimiento de viviendas.
CONCLUSIONES:
- Se ha optado por ubicar la propuesta dentro de la comuna 11 EL ROBLEDO de Medellín, ya que es un sector de la
ciudad, el cual se encuentra con diferentes usos (vivienda, comercio, hospitales) y con la ubicación de varias
universidades, condiciones las cuales permiten realizar este tipo de programa.
- La idea de proponer una residencia universitaria en la ciudad de Medellín dentro de la comuna 11 EL ROBLEDO,
surge a partir de las diferentes necesidades y problemáticas, las cuales tiene que afrontar varios jóvenes que
provienen de otras ciudades para iniciar o continuar sus estudios, generando así desplazamiento, falta de apoyo
económico, desarraigo del hogar, y de su entorno efectivo, es ahí donde se crea un factor muy importante para
ellos ya que tienen la oportunidad de convivir y pasar el tiempo en espacios individuales y colectivos, integrarse y
compartir nuevas experiencias con otras personas dentro y fuera de esta por medio de diferentes actividades.
Abstract
GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
To propose an architectural proposal focused on the university students and teachers of the communities, 11 Laureles and
the commune 7 Robledo, in Medellín, creating a student residence that gives an answer to the problematic of this social
group, in order to favor General living conditions, contributing to improve and maintain their academic performance.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES :
- Design the architectural proposal of housing for students and educators from universities near the project.
- To improve the quality of life of the university students, by means of the habitability conditions and less
displacement times.
- Establish alliances with universities for offer of housing.
CONCLUSION
- Has chosen to locate the proposal within the commune 11 THE ROBLEDO of Medellin, since it is a sector of the
city, which is with different uses (housing, commerce, hospitals) and with the location of several universities,
conditions which allow for this type of program.
- The idea of proposing a university residence in the city of Medellín within the commune 11 EL ROBLEDO, arises
from the different needs and problems, which has to face several young people coming from other cities to start or
continue Its studies, thus generating displacement, lack of financial support, uprooting of the home, and its effective
environment, is where it creates a very important factor for them because they have the opportunity to coexisT and
pass the time in individual spaces and collectives, integrate and share new experiences with others inside and
outside of this by means of different activities.
