El informe refleja la importancia de la pasantía hecha en la Caja de compensación Familiar Cafam, la cual tiene como objetivo mejorar la calidad de vida de los trabajadores y sus familiares por medio de servicios relacionados con la salud, educación, recreación, cultura, vivienda y crédito, prestando lo anteriormente nombrado en las diferentes instalaciones.
De esta manera se resalta que el presente escrito se centró en el Club Campestre, en el área deportiva dentro del cargo de coordinador deportivo, el cual se desarrolló en torno a las programaciones de las escuelas, viéndose inmersas acciones como el manejo del personal que rodea y contribuye al desarrollo óptimo de la operación, a su vez se observó que en lo anteriormente nombrado se desempeñan acciones como la programación de formadores, el manejo de las herramientas las TIC para la asignación de profesores, la administración del complejo acuático entre otras.Dado lo anterior se reconocen aprendizajes importantes a lo largo del proceso que impactaron el perfil profesional, permitiendo desarrollar y potenciar habilidades en el campo deportivo, desde las diversas experiencias vividas en el contexto que lograron afianzar la teoría y los conceptos
visto durante el ciclo educacional, contrastando lo practico con lo teórico enmarcando una trazabilidad en los anteriores conceptos. A su vez se pudo realizar algunas reflexiones conforme se fue avanzando en la pasantía, sobre la operación y su funcionamiento en la sede y el cómo podría proyectarse de una mejor manera con acciones propositivas, que contribuyeran a un cambio significativo y progresivo
Abstract
The report reflects the importance of the internship carried out in the Cafam Family Compensation Fund, which aims to improve the quality of life of workers and their families through services related to health, education, recreation, culture, housing and credit, providing the aforementioned in the different facilities.
In this way, it is highlighted that this writing focused on the Country Club, in the sports area within the position of sports coordinator, which was developed around the schools' programming, involving actions such as the management of the personnel that surrounds. and contributes to the optimal development of the operation, at the same time it is monitored that actions such as the programming of trainers, the management of ICT tools for the assignment of teachers, the administration of the aquatic complex among others are carried out in the aforementioned. Given the above, important learnings are recognized throughout the process that impacted the professional profile, allowing the development and enhancement of skills in the sports field, from
the various experiences lived in the context that managed to strengthen the theory and concepts seen during the educational cycle. Contrasting the practical with the theoretical, framing traceability in the previous concepts.
At the same time, it was possible to make some reflections as the internship progressed, about the operation and it’s functioning at the headquarters and how it could be projected in a better way with purposeful actions, which would contribute to a significant and progressive change.
