Resumen

Esta monografía tiene como objetivo Recopilar e identificar los principales aportes que ha tenido el uso de nuevas tecnologías y la sostenibilidad para la reducción del impacto ambiental en la ingeniería civil a partir del 2010 hasta la actualidad en Colombia mediante una revisión teórica. Se logró evidenciar como las construcciones además de ser un factor para el desarrollo humano, también tienen un impacto negativo para el medio ambiente, para lo cual se hace necesario crear diferentes estrategias para el cuidado del mismo. En la ley 210 del 2016 que regula y hace control frente al tema ambiental se establecen lineamientos que permiten de forma responsable, social y ambientalmente. También existe el consejo colombiano de construcción sostenible que ofrece acompañamiento y supervisión y también otorga certificaciones para las entidades que aplican técnicas sostenibles. Finalmente se pudo concluir que Las construcciones sostenibles se caracterizan por identificar la relación y equilibrio que existe en temas de responsabilidad social, ambiental y rentabilidad financiera, implicando un costo adicional para que se puedan cumplir con todos los parámetros y normas exigidas y que sea viable. La sostenibilidad a su vez busca que las construcciones obtengan como beneficio extra el confort térmico, visual, las disminuciones de costos, y que sean edificios innovadores. Las edificaciones sostenibles tenían mecanismos, estrategias y entidades que se encargaban de regir y hacer seguimiento con el fin de otorgar menciones y certificaciones ya sean nacionales o internacionales. Las empresas que aplicaron mecánicos de sostenibilidad ambiental vieron disminución de costos en fase de operación y eficiencia en el uso de energía, agua y materiales de construcción. Y, por último, actualmente el sector privado presenta algunos avances significativos pero la falta de inversión limita un mayor crecimiento en este tipo de proyectos.

Abstract

This monograph aims to compile and identify the main contributions that the use of new technologies and sustainability have had for the reduction of environmental impact in civil engineering from 2010 to the present in Colombia through a theoretical review. It is evident how constructions, in addition to being a factor for human development, also have a negative impact on the environment, for which it is necessary to create different strategies for its care. In Law 210 of 2016 that regulates and controls the environmental issue, guidelines are based that allow in a responsible, social and environmentally way. There is also the Colombian council for sustainable construction that offers support and supervision and also grants certifications for entities that apply sustainable techniques. Finally, it was possible to conclude that sustainable constructions are characterized by identifying the relationship and balance that exist in issues of social and environmental responsibility and financial profitability, implying an additional cost so that they can comply with all the parameters and standards required and that it is viable. . Sustainability, in turn, seeks that constructions obtain as an extra benefit thermal and visual comfort, cost reductions, and that they are innovative buildings. Sustainable buildings have mechanisms, strategies and entities that are in charge of governing and monitoring in order to grant mentions and certifications, whether national or international. The companies that applied environmental sustainability mechanics saw a decrease in costs in the operation phase and efficiency in the use of energy, water and construction materials. And finally, currently the private sector shows some significant progress but the lack of investment limits further growth in this type of projects.
