Esta investigación surge a partir de la práctica empresarial de Ingeniería Industrial realizada en el Centro de Formación AESCO (América España Solidaridad y Cooperación), en España. En las próximas páginas, se pretende analizar la utilidad del proyecto “Retorno Voluntario Productivo” propuesto por AESCO, enmarcado en la situación empresarial Colombia. Se descompondrán las fases de dicho proyecto. Luego, se esbozarán distintas apreciaciones sobre el Perfil Emprendedor, el Emprendimiento en Colombia y el Retorno Voluntario Productivo. Se enunciarán las leyes y entidades que promueven el emprendimiento junto con los datos pertinentes que demuestren el crecimiento de este factor en el país. Posteriormente se realizará la sistematización de la experiencia a partir del caso de diez beneficiados del programa desde el segundo periodo de 2019 en Madrid y Valencia para evaluar el impacto y determinar la eficiencia de los resultados obtenidos. Finalmente se pretende hacer propuestas de mejora para que esta iniciativa tenga mayor acogida y mejor funcionamiento.
Abstract
This research arises from the Industrial Engineering business practice that took place in AESCO (America Spain Solidarity and Cooperation), in Spain. In the following pages, the aim is to analyze the usefulness of the "Productive Voluntary Return" project proposed by AESCO, framed in the Colombian business situation. At first, the phases of this project will be broken down and it will be conceptualized on the entrepreneurial profile, the entrepreneurship and the voluntary productive return in Colombia. Then, the laws and entities that promote entrepreneurship will be enunciated together with the pertinent data that demonstrate the growth of this factor in the country. Subsequently, the systematization of experiences taking the cases of ten beneficiaries of the program from the second period of 2019 in Madrid and Valencia will be analyzed to evaluate the impact and determine the efficiency of the results obtained. Finally, it is intended to make improvement proposals to improve this initiative and getting a greater reception and better operation.
