Diseño de un Centro de Danza en la Ciudad de Bucaramanga

Abstract

The main objective of this cultural project is to design, propose and offer a "Dance Center" for the city of Bucaramanga, a place that energizes social interactions through learning and training for the promotion of arts and culture. The building meets all the standard technical requirements of dance centers, offering a dignified space for the development and practice of the activity, managing to attract children, adolescents and adults to take an interest in the culture, dance and art of our region. This is where the architecture responds and provides solutions to the needs of this typology in relation to the optimization of spatial and structural resources, seeking to articulate the two disciplines (Dance and Architecture) through the creation of artistic spaces, where the movement, rhythm, form, space, style, proportion and time are the main theoretical elements that are applied to the formal proposal of the hand of the technique Laban that provides different tools and codes which applied to the movement allow a large number of creative possibilities, which link dance and architecture reflected in the building as the main result.
