dc.description	El presente documento tiene como finalidad dar a conocer la temática elegida para desarrollar el proyecto de fin de carrera de arquitectura, tomando como base una problemática identificada en el municipio de Rionegro – Antioquia en cuanto a la actual casa de la cultura la cual cuenta con un espacio reducido para el desarrollo de sus actividades. Desde la anteriores administraciones todos estos grupos culturales de han visto afectados por el hecho de que su lugar de encuentro principal, el palacio de cultura Ricardo Rendón bravo el cual lleva el nombre de uno de los personajes iconos en el ámbito del arte y la cultura fuera significativamente reducido al trasladar el centro cultural a un predio aledaño de menor espacio y dándole al espacio que tanto tiempo prestó el servicio a gran parte de los Rionegreros y habitantes del oriente antioqueño al funcionamiento de oficinas en función de la alcaldía municipal.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this document is to publicize the theme chosen to develop the final degree project in architecture, based on a problem identified in the municipality of Rionegro - Antioquia regarding the current house of culture which has a reduced space for the development of their activities. Since the previous administration, all these cultural groups have been affected by the fact that their main meeting place, the Ricardo Rendón bravo palace of culture, which bears the name of one of the iconic characters in the field of art and culture, was significantly reduced by moving the cultural center to a neighboring property with less space and giving the space that served a large part of the Rionegreros and inhabitants of eastern Antioquia for so long to the operation of offices in function of the municipal mayor's office.	spa
