Resumen
Este proyecto de grado trata sobre equipamientos educativos de carácter agrícola y la delimitación de un campus agropecuario en el municipio de Puerto Carreño. El problema de diseño que se plantea es la ausencia y desconocimiento de los criterios de implantación de este tipo de equipamientos en un contexto rural y de altísima temperatura como sucede en este Municipio. Por esta razón el objetivo de este proyecto consiste en diseñar un equipamiento educativo de carácter agropecuario. Para lograr esto se realizó una serie de análisis diagnóstico de contexto geográfico cercano reconociendo los valores del lugar y los suelos apto para la realización de actividades agropecuarias, se delimitó un repertorio de proyectos para consolidar estrategias formales y de diseño. La importancia de este proyecto radica en “la arquitectura como organizador del territorio” y el valor de enriquecer el nivel académico de un departamento poco favorecido del país, Por lo tanto, con el diseño y se implantaron según un conjunto de ejes y zonas relacionadas con las actividades y los niveles de especialización de los espacios.
La idea más importante del proyecto aborda el tema de “la arquitectura como organizador del territorio” y el valor de enriquecer el nivel académico de un departamento poco favorecido del país a través de la constitución de un equipamiento, por lo tanto, con el diseño de este campus se proporcionarán escenarios enfocados en el estudio y la práctica del manejo adecuado del sector agrícola.
Abstract
This degree project deals with agricultural educational facilities and the delimitation of an agricultural campus in the municipality of Puerto Carreño. The design problem that arises is the absence and lack of knowledge of the criteria for the implementation of this type of equipment in a rural context and elevated temperature as in this municipality. For this reason, the objective of this project is to design an educational facility of an agricultural nature. To achieve this, a series of diagnostic analyses of the nearby geographic context were conducted, recognizing the values of the place and the soils suitable for agricultural and livestock activities. The importance of this project lies in "architecture as an organizer of the territory" and the value of enriching the academic level of an underprivileged department of the country, therefore, with the design and were implemented according to a set of axes and zones related to the activities and levels of specialization of the spaces.
The most important idea of the project addresses the theme of "architecture as an organizer of the territory" and the value of enriching the academic level of an underprivileged department of the country through the constitution of an equipment, therefore, with the design of this campus will provide scenarios focused on the study and practice of the proper management of the agricultural sector.
