La migración venezolana: análisis comparativo de su tratamiento en los noticieros televisivos de Colombia, Brasil y México

La presente investigación pretende ser una segunda fase del proyecto actualmente en curso sobre la incidencia de la migración venezolana en los imaginarios que los colombianos tienen de sí mismos y de la coyuntura sociopolítica actual, expresados a través de memes que circulan en redes sociales como Facebook e Instagram, que se ha desarrollado como proyecto FODEIN 2019. Dado el impacto sociopolítico que ha ocasionado la migración de venezolanos a la región, el grupo de investigación considera pertinente indagar la forma como los “medios tradicionales”, en este caso los noticieros televisivos de la noche con rating más alto de Brasil, México y Colombia, han representado el fenómeno migratorio venezolano, teniendo en cuenta sus contextos políticos, marcados por gobiernos de cuño ideológico de derecha (Brasil y Colombia), y de izquierda (México), partiendo de la premisa que uno de los escenarios con mayor efecto en los imaginarios sociales sobre esta situación es la información que circula por estos medios, influida algunas veces por las ideologías en el poder. En este orden, los cambios en el panorama geopolítico de esta parte del continente y la incidencia ideológica de los gobiernos en el manejo de la información direccionan su tratamiento y la opinión pública, con la consecuente producción de políticas públicas

Abstract

The present investigation tries to be a second phase of the project Currently underway on the incidence of Venezuelan migration in the imaginary that Colombians have of themselves and the situation current sociopolitical, expressed through memes that circulate in networks social like Facebook and Instagram, which has been developed as a project FODEIN 2019. Given the socio-political impact that the migration of Venezuelans has caused to the region, the research group considers it pertinent to investigate the form like "traditional media", in this case the television newscasts of the night with the highest rating in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia, have shown the Venezuelan migratory phenomenon, taking into account its contexts politicians, marked by right-wing ideological governments (Brazil and Colombia), and on the left (Mexico), based on the premise that one of the situations with the greatest effect on social imagery about this situation is the information that circulates through these media, sometimes influenced by ideologies in power. In this order, the changes in the geopolitical panorama of this part of the continent and the ideological incidence of governments in managing the information direct their treatment and public opinion, with the consequent production of public policies
