| dc.description | Se identificaron diversas problemáticas en la empresa JAYKA (Creando Espacios) mediante la aplicación de herramientas de Lean Manufacturing y Lean Six Sigma, destacándose la gestión de inventarios como el problema de mayor impacto. A partir de este diagnóstico, se evidenció la falta de control y trazabilidad del material, lo que afectaba la eficiencia operativa y la toma de decisiones. Como solución, se desarrolló e implementó una herramienta ofimática basada en hojas de cálculo avanzadas, orientada a mejorar el control, seguimiento y disponibilidad de la información en tiempo real. Esta herramienta permitió reducir errores asociados a procesos manuales, optimizar tiempos y fortalecer la gestión de los recursos. Estudios previos respaldan estos beneficios, evidenciando que la digitalización de inventarios mejora la eficiencia operativa y facilita la administración de datos (Yasmin & Nugraha, 2024; Rakhman et al., 2025). La metodología empleada fue de tipo investigación aplicada, apoyada en técnicas como entrevista a la gerente general y el uso de herramientas como DOFA, diagrama de Ishikawa, mapa de procesos y diagramas de carriles, lo que permitió analizar de manera integral la situación actual de la empresa y plantear una solución ajustada a sus necesidades. En conclusión, la implementación del sistema digital contribuyó al fortalecimiento del control de inventarios, mejorando la productividad y generando una alternativa económica y eficiente para la organización. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Various issues were identified in the company JAYKA (Creando Espacios) through the application of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma tools, highlighting inventory management as the most impactful problem. Based on this diagnosis, a lack of control and traceability of materials was identified, which negatively affected operational efficiency and decision-making. As a solution, an office-based tool using advanced spreadsheets was designed and implemented to improve control, monitoring, and real-time availability of information. This tool helped reduce errors associated with manual processes, optimize time, and strengthen resource management. Previous studies support these benefits, showing that inventory digitalization improves operational efficiency and facilitates data management (Yasmin & Nugraha, 2024; Rakhman et al., 2025). The methodology used was applied research, supported by techniques such as an interview with the general manager and the use of tools such as SWOT analysis, Ishikawa diagram, process mapping, and swimlane diagrams. These allowed for a comprehensive analysis of the company’s current situation and the development of a solution tailored to its needs. In conclusion, the implementation of the digital system strengthened inventory control, improved productivity, and provided a cost-effective and efficient alternative for the organization. | |
