Pensar américa latina desde la literatura

Este proyecto de investigación se inscribe dentro de un macro proyecto que tiene como objetivo pensar América Latina desde la literatura, lo que implica pensarla desde sus obras (poesía, narrativa, cuento, ensayo) y autores (de ficción y no ficción); pensarla también desde diferentes perspectivas, reflexiones, teorías, críticas y metodologías, porque la literatura es transversal, posee la capacidad de dialogar con todas las culturas y diversas disciplinas artísticas, históricas, filosóficas, sociológicas, psicológicas, pedagógicas… De igual manera, pensar América Latina desde la literatura es indagar en sus temas (mito, crónicas, memoria, imagen, estéticas) y problemas (identidad, alteridad, dictaduras, violencia); es entrar a examinar, conversar y consensuar (como lectores, teóricos, críticos e investigadores) la idea que tiene de sí misma y de los otros, la manera como identifica, comprende, interpreta y crea el mundo real e imaginario. En esta segunda fase se analizará la obra Terra nostra (1975/2016) de Carlos Fuentes con base en los siguientes ejes temáticos: Mito e identidad, Reconocimiento del otro, Imagen y memoria, y reconstrucción de lo que somos y seremos.

Abstract

This research project is part of a macro project that aims to think Latin America from literature, which implies thinking from its works (poetry, narrative, short story, essay) and authors (fiction and non-fiction); think it also from different perspectives, reflections, theories, criticisms and methodologies, because literature is transversal, it has the ability to dialogue with all cultures and various artistic, historical, philosophical, sociological, psychological, pedagogical disciplines ... Similarly, think America Latin from literature is to investigate its themes (myth, chronicles, memory, image, aesthetics) and problems (identity, alterity, dictatorships, violence); it is to enter to examine, converse and agree (as readers, theorists, critics and researchers) the idea that it has of itself and of others, the way it identifies, understands, interprets and creates the real and imaginary world. In this second phase the work Terra nostra (1975/2016) by Carlos Fuentes will be analyzed based on the following thematic axes: Myth and identity, Recognition of the other, Image and memory, and reconstruction of what we are and will be.
